3. Account Registration & Security

- Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
- Before your first withdrawal, KYC identity verification must be completed in full. Withdrawals will not be processed to unverified accounts.
- ace657 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly for large-value or unusual withdrawal requests.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

- Misuse of Bonuses: ace657 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. - Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed at the point of placement and may vary by market, event, and account level.
Casino and Slot Games:

- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer and poker-format games.
